Amanogawa is the second installment of the project to compare Yamanoi's seasonal sake, whose labels are not distinguishable at a glance.
Last time, I wrote that the sweetness, spiciness (in this case, I imagine the alcohol aroma cutting through), acidity, and bitterness were in perfect balance, and the flavor disappeared smoothly without changing from the attack to the aftertaste, but the overall impression is that the flavor has become gentler.
In addition, I don't know if it is a kind of aging aroma, but I felt a lingering aroma like that of Shaoxing wine.
I don't know the specs so I can't say for sure, but I got the impression that this sake is more like something that has been laid down to sleep.
If I had to choose which one I prefer, I would say I prefer the shooting star..........................
