Rice ： 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture
Rice Polishing Ratio ： 30
Alcohol content: 16%.
This sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice which is more polished than "Honorary Yizuisuishin Junmai Daiginjo 40% polished rice".
It has a more gorgeous aroma and a clear, soft taste.
