Creamy, a little dry. When paired with grilled fish (sea bream) cooked quickly, the flavor and sweetness come out. When the flavors settle down, it comes into its own👍.
Warmed: 40℃ not so good, 42℃ more rice-like, but slightly alcoholic, 47℃ best, more sweetness and umami. The sharpness comes out✨.
