I like Sharaku, so I tried this one by Miyazumi.
There is an attack of sweetness and sourness.
The aftertaste is a bit astringent.
It's good, but just for a taste.
I think I'll get a little bored with a four-pack.
Junmai-shu (Yume-no-Ka) with 60% polished rice
Junmai Shamoto with 60% polished rice and no added yeast (Yumenoka)
Junmai Ginjo (Yamadanishiki) with 50% polished rice ratio
