I've been wanting to try the Northwest Sake Brewery, which brews Sairai, for a while now, but they don't seem to have a distributor in Okayama....
I found it while browsing the refrigerated case at Izumiya Okinawa store 😛.
Sweet and juicy, with a gentle gasiness✨.
Tempo sweetness, umami, acidity and lingering aroma, and finally a little bit of alcohol in the face and disappearing nicely....
Delicious ✨‼️
Will buy again when I find it ✨
