New Year's Eve. Thank you all for a year of drinking.
I've bought several bottles and the last one for this year is Keitora. I feel like it's been a while.
I've been drinking since the day before yesterday, so I chose this bottle because I thought it would be hard to drink more than 20 degrees Celsius if I didn't digest the strong one as soon as possible.
It has a slightly sharp acidity and a strong alcohol content, but it also has a rich sweet and savory flavor, which is typical of nigori.
It came with a tag warning us not to open the bottle, but I don't think it felt fizzy.
I've been busy drinking mainly outside the home, so I haven't been able to get involved with you all, but I've been referring to your posts in many ways. Thank you for the past year.
I hope you have a wonderful sake life until the end of this year. And I look forward to working with you again next year.
