[My favorite word is ice warm 🧊]
Of all the sake related words, my favorite is "ice temperature aging".
When I find it, I basically go to the cash register 😁.
If it's a fresh sake, it's even better💘
The aroma is quite sweet 🍑 and the attack is actually as sweet and juicy as you'd expect.
But surprisingly, it doesn't linger and tightens up with a nice spiciness: 👍️
It is said that this is a half year old sake from this spring, so you can't smell the matured aroma in the hints.
It is good with a hearty meal. ⛩️
It can be served with Western food as well.

Hi Chanmaya P. 😃
Ice temperature 🧊 aging! Yes, that's a good four-letter word 🤗It will be gentle on the palate too😊.
But I need to prepare a refrigerator at home 🏠 that can be kept at ice temperature 🤔 I wish I had one!

J&N, sorry for the impossibly late reply... 🙇♂️
That's the part that really worries me, I've decided not to buy a dedicated sake fridge, so I'll drink it within a few days of buying it 😄.
