First Shimane Sake
As a northeasterner, when I hear the name "Gassan", I think of Yamagata (lol).
I wonder if there is a mountain with the same name in Shimane?
When you open the bottle, the aroma of rice is amazing!
The taste is very deep with a lot of umami.
You can't feel any gas or foam.
It is described as dry, but I personally don't think it is that dry.
There is a little bit of alcohol, but the aftertaste is very good.
It's not gorgeous, but it's not sloppy.
It is so easy to drink that you can drink it forever!
It is the best as a food sake!
I paired it with hokke no sakaki and mapo tofu!
As for the sake of Shimane, I went to a certain liquor store which was recommended by Mr. Goniego.
So, when should we open the bottle? When should I open it?

Gonyi-goo-san... Good evening...
I completely forgot to buy Shinano Tsuru (big sweat)
When the order of a certain sake comes, I will buy it without forgetting next time!
The Takahashi Sake Store has a lineup that is unique in the neighborhood, so it's very useful (*^o^*)

The youngest! I didn't know it was a female Toji too (p.o.p.;;
I've never seen Tomonori at the liquor store where I bought it.
I wonder if they don't carry it?
