bouken
Is this the first time the 4-way has been released?
It is refreshing and has an impressive sourness. It also has a sweet and sour taste. It is an easy-drinking type of Yamahai. Sake that is a good fusion of modernity and classicism.
Unlike the impression on the label, it has a modern taste, but I wonder if it is more of a classic among Tasake.
Personally, I prefer Junmai Ginjo Yamahai because it has a more robust sweetness.
