Takeba's commissioned brewing series, Ishikawa-mon from Noto, was made at Yoshida Shuzo. According to the Kazuma Sake Brewery website, all of last year's sake rice was turned into sake. They still need to restore the brewery, but it would be nice to have a saké at the end of the year 🥲Good luck.
Well, this sake is clear, refreshing, and very elegant.
Yesterday I worked from home for the first time in a while. I drank too much early 💦.
