While traveling from Nagasaki City to Fukuoka City on a Kyushu trip, we passed through Kashima City and Ogi City in Saga Prefecture. Since it was a good opportunity, we welcomed Shichida, whose sake brewery is located in Ogi City 😙.

The aroma is strong, and the acidity switches to the umami of the rice.
The lingering aftertaste has an alkaline feel to it, making you realize you are drinking sake.
However, it is not difficult to drink, but rather easy to drink.
Before I knew it, I had already drunk 1 gou of sake, so I added another half gou 😁.
The entrée was a mutsugoro (a kind of dried fish) that I bought at Kashima City.
Crispy like a rice cracker 🍘.
＋I had it with harami and it was GOOD with meat 🥩.

Our trip is basically by car 🚗.
We left Nagasaki city before 9:00 am and arrived Fukuoka city after 16:00 pm because we made many stops including meals on the way down.
We enjoy it twice, once on the road and once at home 😁.
