Sake that has been lying in bed for 8 years at Icoma.
I bought it after drinking it at Stamp Bar.
It has quite a matured aroma but is sweet and delicious.
It is good as warmed sake or at room temperature 🤔.
I thought it was a bit similar to Zuisho Kuromatsu Kenrishi, the most expensive Kenrishi.
The gap from the most recent Koshinohomare 90YELLOW is amazing!
There's also a kind of Western sake-like atmosphere in the mouth.
