Asahi Kohshin, a sober favorite. Rosso, Tamaka, and so on. There was something interesting, so I bought it.
It is very sweet with a sake degree of -76, but the acidity is over 4, so it has a good balance.
The fizziness comes from the natural origin, and the way this kijozo-shu is made is quite interesting and quite perverted 🤣.
I think Asahi Kohshin is No.1 in Tochigi (✌︎'om')✌︎

Hi Rigel, this is delicious 😋 but I personally liked the first one that was released because it was a little less sweet 😂 a little too sweet from last year 😢.

Hi Rigel 😃
Here we are, we were recommended by Manachie and we had it exactly 2 years ago! My memory of minus 76 degrees has faded though 😅
Gyokkyo is delicious 😋 but I've only had 3 bottles 😅.

Hi Manachy 🌞.
A famous liquor store in Tochigi told me that Kyokkyo is not popular because the brewer doesn't communicate well even though it should be more popular 🤣.
It's a very sweet brew, so it's probably best to drink it ice cold.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🌞.
Asahi Koki is pretty weird specs, but I like it because it's balanced👍.
I also bought Tamaka and ROSSO together 🙌
