I have been drinking Tobisho since last year on New Year's Day.

The aroma is apple-like, with a soft, full-bodied sweetness. The acidity nicely balances the sweetness and the full-bodied sweetness, and finishes it off with a sharp finish.
It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, and is still delicious.
