Today, after going to the cellar for sake, I went to my favorite yakitori restaurant for a drink.
This time I had made a reservation, so I wondered if it was available now.
The owner, who never disappoints, prepared a Jikin Yatanishiki Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri from Kiyamasa Shuzo, my favorite sake brewery, which shocked me last year.
Of course, it was unopened! The chief - thank you always.
The aroma is fresh and sweet.
In the mouth it has a mild but firm sweetness and aroma - too good to be true!
The balance is of course good, with a touch of bitterness and spiciness in the latter half, but no matter when you drink it, it never disappoints!
Since we had the bottle open, we had it for the third and fourth glasses 🎵.
