It is carbonated, though not gushingly so. It is quite sour and not too sweet, but the bitterness is rather pronounced. It is refreshing and suitable for summer.
Two days after opening the bottle, the carbonation is naturally weaker and the bitterness is a little more pronounced. It is not too sweet, so I could enjoy it.
