This is my usual purchase from Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I love the label and the Omachi ✌️ 📌720ml ¥1,562
This is the first time I've had it.
The aroma is not very strong🥲I didn't expect it to be🥲The color is a light golden color and it's quite beautiful.
The mouthfeel is clean, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet aroma and the flavor of the rice in the time difference.
The food is quite dry and the food is quite good.
Today's pairing is minced pork dumplings 😋 It goes well with this.
I think I'll try it at room temperature tomorrow.
