Winter Nigori Linpic 2️⃣
In this Nigorinpic, I tried to collect as many different types of nigori sake as possible, such as nigori, nigori, ogorigori, sparkling ogorigami, etc., and also prepared a wide variety of tastes, such as sweet, umami-guchi, and refreshing based on your comments 😀 I thought about the order in which to drink the sake among them.
I thought about the order in which to drink the selected sakes, but this time I decided to drink the ones I haven't tasted yet first, after the last Winter Nigorinpic to a certain extent 😀.
For the second entry in the Winter Nigorinpik, I chose Yukiten by Choshu Shuzo, a brewery in my hometown of Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture😇.
I've had a few sips of Amami's light nigori Momoten, but this is my first time drinking this nigori Yukiten 😀 I like Momoten, but this time I had a chance to try this one.
I like Momoten, but the Yukiten I had this time was even better than Momoten😇.
The aroma was citrus fruit, but my impression was pear 🍐.
The second day, Mr. Sanomorosugi is still a delicious ripe banana, but this one is a delicious pear 😀.
It's a matter of taste, but in my family we might prefer the pear... of course the ripe banana is outstandingly delicious😇
The top clearings were removed and tasted the same....but the orizzled ones tasted more fizzy 😇
