Yesterday, I had a year-end party with my colleagues at work.
At a sushi restaurant with only a counter that I visited the other day. It is my favorite restaurant because it is a sushi restaurant but not too expensive 😄.
After the 🍻, it's sake 🍶 right away.
They had Mutsu Hachisen Nouveau, which I was wondering if I should buy 🥰.
It's been a while since I've had Mutsu Hachisen, but it's not as sweet as I thought it would be 😳.
Fresh sourness and bitterness 😊.
This is a great drink that goes well with a meal.
It's a fresh new sake and delicious.
We drank a lot more after this...
I woke up early 🇯🇵 vs 🇪🇸 and slept quite a bit 😞.
Maybe that's why my memory of the taste of sake is a bit fuzzy😅.
