I look forward to Nabeshima "NEW MOON" every year.
When this sake is served, I realize it's finally winter 😂 lol
Opened the bottle immediately.
Pop! Nice sound.
Nice bubbles ✨ when poured into the glass.
The aroma is fruity and elegant, characteristic of Nabeshima 😊.
Sourness, umami, and sweetness are well balanced in the mouth.
The acidity, umami, and sweetness are well balanced in the mouth!
There is a slight chili sensation on the tongue.
Fresh acidity and fruity sweetness and umami.
It's good this year too ✨It's the best!
I feel like one bottle of this sake is not enough every time 😅.
I will buy 2 bottles next time😊.
