Thankfully, I bought the last Ebi of the year!
Looking back, this year I have had the pleasure of drinking white, black, and pink. Each of them has its own unique flavor, giving us the pleasure of drinking the greatness of the sake!
This year's Ginzen Hatsumi
The smoothness of the mouthfeel and the long aftertaste at the end of drinking are excellent. The good parts of Aruzoe are used to make it all come together. It is a masterpiece. I would like to enjoy drinking this sake again next year while reading the label on the back of the bottle.
