Luxurious spring sake made with Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, a special A district.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity🍈.
It has sweetness and umami, but the main flavors are sourness and a gaseous, gaseous taste that is refreshing 😋.
The bitter taste comes in at the end👍
It's light and easy to drink 😆.
And the price of 1500 yen is very reasonable for using Yamada-Nishiki!
