Enjoy spring skiing under the blue Naeba blue sky
It would be a waste to go home as it is, so we went to Echigo Yuzawa Station Ponshukan in the opposite direction from the way home!
Because I had to drive, I went through the coin-operated tasting corner with my finger in my mouth and bought only souvenirs!
There were other brands that I was attracted to, but I bought Takachiyo with the kanji that got me into the sake swamp: ❗️
The spring pink color and the advertisement that it was only available in Niigata Prefecture got me 🤣.
Uonuma Ipponshime 53% polished, 17% alcohol by volume.
Ipponshime is my favorite sake rice!
When the aluminum cap is twisted tight, the opening sound is silent!

The top aroma is enchanting ginjo aroma!
Nice aroma of pineapple 🍍～melon 🍈 type ♬♬.
In the mouth, it's as sweet and juicy as you'd expect ✨.
Fresh and tangy, as you would expect from a pure sake.
It finishes with a slight bitterness.
Compared to 59 Taka, it is gorgeous but not too flashy, and has a well-balanced sweet and umami taste.
It is also excellent when paired with the sake chocolate brownie I bought at Ponshukan: ‼️
The brownie has a banana-type ginjo aroma, and is very delicious 🥹.
I have rediscovered the power of Kanji Takachyo 🥳.
