The last one is a spring-only sake from Tasake, commonly known as "Sakura Bottle.
They use Hana Moui (one hundred and forty-four) from Aomori prefecture.
It is served with soba (buckwheat noodles) as a finale.
The sake has a refreshing taste with a good flavor to begin with.
It is delicious as if it is the finishing sake.
