Dinner at home.
The expiration date of the jakkoten I had bought was approaching.
I bought some more snacks and drank them.
I bought some more snacks and drank them. The sake I chose was Kaygetsu's special honjozo
I chose Kaygetsu's special honjozo sake. It was fruity
It is a fruity but clean and crisp sake.
It is a fruity sake, but it is clean and crisp. It is delicious with kosho-dai sashimi and
and swordfish tempura.
I also enjoyed it with sashimi of kosho-dai and tempura of tai-tou fish.
