I found "Koei Kiku Seikai" at a soba kappo (buckwheat noodle restaurant) in Sapporo! We ordered it without hesitation. I drank it with a tin cup. The acidity is mild, but the taste is refreshing...it's delicious. It is a summer sake that goes well with sashimi.
