I imagined it would be a sweet and sour sake🍶 because of the stylish bottle claiming to use malic acid yeast and the delicious apple🍎 label, but it was more like a cider made with cloudy Fuji apple juice and I did not feel much acidity.
I looked it up and found that it has an acidity of 1.4.
I was expecting sweet and sour... 🍎.
Maybe it's good for those who like muddled type Fuji apple juice 🤔.
I wonder if the stylish bottle is for the overseas market.
