HAKUGINKAI by Sohno-Kangiku
I thought it was definitely a beautiful sake, since I easily manatized a four-pack bottle with 13% alcohol,
But then, my wife and I discussed our impressions,
It is quite sweet.
I paired it with sukiyaki (pork),
My wife and I talked about nigori (nigori) sake, which used to be made until about eight years ago.
Nabeshima's special honjozo nigori sake (a.k.a. Armstrong Gun), which used to be made until about 8 years ago.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio!
We had a bottle of this at the beginning of this year... and we thought it was sweet as well! It was delicious but we didn't drink it all 😆 I remember we drank it over a few days 🤗.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😊.
This is quite sweet.
Since it is a chrysanthemum, I imagined that the sweetness could be balanced by the freshness and sharpness, but I got the impression that the sweetness component was stronger than expected.
