もよもよIt is a Saga sake brewery that stopped making sake for 20 years starting in 1989, but was revived in 2009.The brewery was damaged by the torrential rain disaster in 2019, but they are continuing to make sake well. I was curious about the many eye-catching labels. The origin of this one is that it is a revival of a regular sake that had long been absent. Upon opening the bottle, the carbonation pops vigorously. It is not so strong that it blows up. The taste is clean but fruity, with a hint of muscat or lychee. At a liquor store, it was called "the ultimate food wine. It is indeed refreshing and complements food well. It is not light, but it is easy to drink and very tasty. It loses its carbonation after a few days, but it tastes great. It is also delicious with ice or carbonated water.
