This is a very limited-quantity sake brewed with the hope that it will be able to illuminate the long autumn nights of drinkers like the light of "Densho-Kiku". 50% polished Yamada-Nishiki rice is brewed with M310, the brewery's specialty, to produce a mellow aroma and a juicy flavor that envelops the mouth like a ripe or fruit-like fruit.
