This is a review of the meeting with my brothers (bouken and Nemuchi) at the mysterious cheese shop👍
Nemuchi went there to buy WHITE and they decided to let us drink it for the store 👀.
It flows smoothly with a mild acidity and the sweetness of white malted rice.
This soft mouthfeel with a hint of white koji sweetness is what makes it so quintessential ✨.
