Today, we will be having a bottle of Omine's Winter Otogiri, which I have been wanting to drink for a long time and bought at a liquor store in Nakameguro.
The label is cute. At first, I will drink it without mixing the ori. The aroma is spottiness and peachy sweetness. On the palate, it is sweet and sour and disappears pleasantly.
Next, when the oli is muddled, the texture is tart and sweet-sour, like a nectar with just the right amount of sweetness. I've paired it with Fujikko with cream cheese and baked persimmons with cream cheese, and it matches and is delicious 😊.
