This "Kokuryo Miyako" is said to be a revival of old rice from the Meiji and early Showa periods.
It was also selected as the rice offered to the Emperor Showa on his accession to the throne.
It seems to be a historical rice. ❗️
I took a bite while trying to feel its history.
Oh! Fruity!
Powerful melon-like sweetness and gorgeous ‼️
It's quite a showy sake!
And the finish is refreshingly sharp ❗️
Sake that is easy to drink but also rich and weighty 🍶.
Well, it's really delicious 🤤.

Hi Pon, 😃Good to hear from you!
But I always don't know how to read sake rice when I hear it for the first time 😅Kokuyoto? Kokuryo? In the end they're both different 🤣.
