When lifting the cap, the first popping sound ever!
It smells like pears, and on the palate, the first aroma is bitter and sweet like grapefruit, but then there is a peculiar cheese-like aftertaste and return aroma. I didn't know it had such a unique character, but it seems to go well with Western food.

We too had our first experience of the lid flying with the awesome sound of 'Spoon ❗️' here 🤗 Something about the taste seems to change every year 😊.
