Shinshu Sake Festival ⑥
Last week, a group of company executives from overseas came to Japan and I was busy dealing with them 💦 It's been a while since I've had a drink 🥹.
I went to Miyajima-san in Nagano for a trip to Ding-chan ‼️ which I was looking forward to 🤗.
I was really looking forward to drinking it 👋
We compared two bottles of sake, one nama-shu and one hi-ire-shu!
I'm going to try the red label Hi-ire first!
I don't think I can smell much aroma.
I took a sip, and it's not sweet... it's not so much sweet as it is refreshing 😳.
J&N's head, which thought it was sweet and tasty after a week of drinking, was confused by the completely different taste 😅, so we didn't have much to drink on this day 🥲.
After recognizing the taste on the first day, we prepared some snacks that we thought would go well with it and took our revenge on the second day 😁.
When I tasted it calmly, I was convinced that it was a dry sake 🍶 with acidity 😌 and it was delicious with bonito sashimi 😋.
I thought Ding-chan's face, which looked angry on the first day, turned into a smile 😄.

Hi Jay & Nobby, good evening here too 🌙
I've seen "Ding" in sake cups often, but this is the first time I've read the label on the back and finally understood what it means 😲.
I've been drinking it for a while now, so it's a gap between what I expected and what I got 😄.

ジャイヴさん、どもです😃
以前は裏ラベルの写真撮ってなかったんですが、あると色々と分かる事もあって良いですよね😅
初日は困り顔☹️でしたが、最期は幸せな顔😊になりましたー❗️
