Second fermentation in bottle, light nigori type.
Medium to slightly sweet. It is not the typical fruity and sweet bubbly! Rather than the typical fruity sweetness, this bubbly sake has a more robust sake flavor.... The lively bubbles were stimulating and refreshing.
It matched the fried chicken with sweet-and-sour sauce.
I preferred the sweet and sour floral and fruity flavor of Ichinen Fudo Sparkling on its own.
