Takachiyo's summer sake, Super Dry Origarami.
It is a very dry junmai-shu brewed with the ultra-soft water of Makiki Meisui from Echigo Hideyama (Mt. Makiki).
It has a mellow, unadjusted, unpasteurized taste, but with a sharp, sharp punch.
It has a clean and crisp dry taste with no miscellaneous flavors.
The bitterness that spreads in the mouth is also refreshing, making it an excellent sake-within-a-serving sake.
