The bottle was opened after being aged in a refrigerator at home.
I have not had much success in aging Shinshu Kamerei Nama Sake at home, but I tend to cherish it and let it sit too long.
Now, what about this one? The first sip after opening the bottle, it was fresh and fruity without any raw hiney aroma. Maybe there was a Lemacom effect. However, as time goes by, the raw hiney aroma starts to show its face. I guess it's a matter of taste, but it's hard to say.

I was given a one year old Miyamanishiki and I'm drinking it, but it has a bit of a hiney aroma 😅.
I think it might have a caramelized taste if it goes beyond this point...not suitable for aging 🤔.
