Second time to participate in the Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower 🍶.
I'm going to post another series of tasting rage 😅.
I'm too drunk to understand 🤣.
Please forgive me if I don't look good 🙏.
First of all...
The booth of "Hakuba Nishiki" by Usui Shuzo, Nagano Prefecture.
At the brewer's festival, they brought their Hakubanishiki brand, but this time they had 4 kinds of "le lac" and a Junmai Ginjo of "Hakubanishiki".
Again, the brewery's staff told us to "drink this...".
le lac Yamae Nishiki" 🔴.
le lac Akita Sake Komachi
Hakuba Nishiki Junmai Ginjo
Actually, I was interested in "le lac", but what jumped out at me was "Hakubanishiki Junmai Ginjo", which I could not drink because it was sold out at the brewery festival.
When I mentioned this to the brewery, they seemed to remember and were very courteous to me.
The "Hakubanishiki Junmai Ginjo" had a clear mouthfeel that suggested the water must be clean 😋.

Nemuchi, good morning 🌈I've been waiting for your Japanese sake festival post 🙌I think Yamae Nishiki was probably the only sake here ❗️ I thought you had sharp vision 👍✨By the way, my reward was this sake 😅

Rafa papa, good evening 🌛Here's my regular series of event posts 🤣I want to drink the right kind, so I ask them to put "just a little please" in the amount I drink 😅I'm shy too, but when I'm drunk I'm fine 🤣.

Good evening, mai mai 🌛Thanks for helping out at the Japanese sake festival 😊I see that the reward is in kind 😳"Chikumagari Nishiki Urakiyama" also seems to be Yamae Nishiki, but it was labeled super dry so I didn't taste it 🤣.
