The other day I had the "Abe Raku-fu-mai" ✨.
When poured into a glass, a light nigori color with a hint of whiteness jumps out at you 👀.
From the outside, this bottle is soft and has a somewhat gentle atmosphere.
When you get close to the aroma, the first thing you notice is the milky, sweet aroma.
It has a dairy-like tenderness to it, yet it comes in easily without being heavy.
In the mouth, a slight sparkling sensation spreads pleasantly, followed by a light sweetness.
The lingering finish is interesting in that it reveals a slight banana-like aroma.
It is fruity, but not too distinctive, and finishes with a refreshing aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more 😋.
Some people may imagine "light nigori" to be mellow or heavy, but this "Raku-fu-mai" is very clear and pleasant to drink.
I would recommend this bottle to those who are not used to drinking a lot of sake or who usually prefer lighter ✨.
Each sip of "Raku-fu-mai" gives you a new expression.
As the name suggests, it is like a "joyful breeze" is blowing in, bringing you a refreshing and happy time 🌸.
