The second one is Takihantu from Nabari, Mie Prefecture, which we have never met before.
It is a junmai sake with 80% polished rice.
This sake has a strong junmai flavor. But it is delicious.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Kami no Ho (100%) from Mie Prefecture
Yeast: Yeast roasted in the brewery
Polishing ratio 80
Sake degree +5
Acidity 1.5
Alcohol content 16%.
