Nabeshima is a well-known brand. This time it is the Green Label. Nabeshima usually has an image of gorgeousness and fruity sweetness, but this is a bottle of dry style, so I was curious about it.
After opening the bottle, the aroma was fruity and the taste was clean but with a hint of sourness. It has a strawberry-like flavor with a moderate sweetness. It seems to have some carbonation. After a few days, the flavor seems to soften a bit.
The sake itself is not that strong, so it seems to go well with meals.
