I thought I asked for a hoken that said "fresh" in the back of the fridge, but what came out was fire-roasted😅.
I've had the raw version before, so it's okay 🙄.
It's a clear, dry, and strong dry sake.
We started drinking at 3:00 p.m., but it was 5:30 p.m. before we knew it, and we had to leave the restaurant and say goodbye to Mr. and Mrs. Gura at Hankyu Umeda Station.
It was a short but enjoyable time.
