4/4 is my registration day at Sake-no-wa.
This year I am in the 6th grade of Sake-no-wa 🌸.
I started drinking sake to pass the time during the Corona disaster,
I was surprised to find out that I, a three-day drinker, had been drinking sake for such a long time!
I am now a rare character at Sake-no-wa,
I drink sake every week 😍✊.
The other day, I went on a trip to Ikaho Onsen.
We also visited Tsuchida Sake Brewery✨!
After the tour of the brewery, we tasted several kinds of sake,
I bought the one I liked the best!
By the way, it's only sold at the direct sales counter and the nearest roadside station 🙌.
The color of the sake is a beautiful golden 🍶✨.
The aroma of the wooden vat is just a little bit.
(I heard that the aroma was strong when the wooden vat was first used, but since it's been used so many times now, the aroma is weaker lol)
Mild sourness, sweetness, and smooth taste.
It's great to drink while slowly enjoying time alone👍👍👍
I feel satisfied drinking it by itself though,
but the label on the back makes me want to pair it with Chinese food 😋😋.

I visited Tsuchida Sake Brewery before.
There are so many sake in the gallery, it's hard to find the right one!
I'm glad you were able to try something rare.
