酔nosuke
The standing aroma is subdued, but the sweetness and umami of the rice fills the mouth while a slight sourness is felt and disappears nicely with bitterness in the end.
As the temperature rises a little, the pear-like fruity aroma becomes more detectable, and the sweetness also increases.
It is a nouveau that is not too much to drink because it has a normal alcohol content ☺️.

Good evening, drunken nosuke😄
I personally prefer Kayasha's Jungin to the fire-aged version.
It tends to be passed over because it's a standard sake, but if you have a chance, please do 😁.

Good evening, T.KISO 😆.
Thanks for the info😊There's a lot of Kayasya out there! This time I tried the raw sake, which is unique to this time of year. I'll try fire-roasted next time 😋.
