Yukichubai Honjozo
Yukichubai has been a favorite sake of mine for a long time.
It is a sweet sake with a refreshing, gentle sweetness and a full-bodied, mild flavor.
If you heat it up lukewarm, it's even softer, with a gentle sweetness that spreads, but the alcohol kicks in quickly, and then it's gone.
It is very good.
