After yesterday's Murasaki Uchu Sugitama label, today we got the Snow label 😀.
The rice polishing ratio is the same at 55% and the yeast is also the same according to Giovanni 😀
Sake level is minus 2 and minus 2.5 and acidity is 1.5 and 1.7🤣.
The specs are almost the same, but I could feel the sweet and sour fruitiness of this Snow Label 😀.
Maybe you wouldn't feel this difference if you drank them separately, but even my stupid tongue could feel it when I drank them side by side😇.
It would be interesting if this is the difference between Gohyakumangoku and Miyamanishiki!
