Kumakichi
A bottle of my favorite rice wine that I had never had before.
Tasake Junmai Ginjo Yamahai
I have had Junmai Yamahai before, but this one is a Junmai Ginjo, so the fullness of flavor is outstanding!
It has a beautiful sweetness in the first sip, followed by a complex rounded flavor and lingering aftertaste, which is typical of Yamahai.
Is it because Hanabukiyuki is used as the raw material rice?
It is a bottle that even those who do not like Yamahai can drink more and more without worrying about it.
It can be enjoyed either cooled down to a crisp or on human skin!
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (Hanabukiyuki)
Alcohol content: 16%.
