Kokken純米吟醸 無濾過生
おんだ
Drinking at home.
A bottle purchased when I returned to my parents' house in Fukushima.
Today we are drinking it to celebrate our grandchild's graduation from elementary school.
It is not very fruity, but after the ginjo aroma, there is a sourness, followed by spiciness.
The sweetness is weak, but when drunk after sweet sashimi, the umami is enhanced and then quickly disappears.
It is a perfect sake for a meal.

Congratulations on your grandson's graduation!
And thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Kunigon, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu-cho.
