We wanted to finish the year with a good sake. Takasago" by Kiyamasa Shuzo of Nabari City, which is also famous for Jikin! Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo with a 45% polished rice ratio! The aroma is modest and 🍇-like. The mouthfeel is slightly gaseous and has a refreshing impression with a touch of acidity. The depth of umami and silky richness is very atmospheric 😌 The bitterness in the aftertaste also adds a nice touch. ✨️ I paired it with meat and egg dishes and enjoyed the synergy of the flavors. It is a good priced sake, but it is very easy to drink and you can drink it easily.
